Biography:

Dr. A. Maria Therese has been a faculty of Nursing since 2001 at Mother Theresa, Post Graduate and Research Institute of Health Sciences (A Government Institution), Pondicherry. As the Vice Principal cum Professor in Medical Surgical Nursing, she is also a Supervisor of the Doctoral Studies in Pondicherry University (Central University), Puducherry. She has completed FAIMER (Foundation for advancement International Medical Education & Research) Fellowship (2015 -2017). She has contributed the chapter in “Text book of Medical Surgical Nursing” by TNMC and Authored two books based on Pathophysiology for Nursing Programme and text book on management for BSc Medical Radiology Imaging Technology course also published more than 70 Review/Research articles in  Various National and International journals. She is serving as an Editorial board member of Many International & National reputed Journals. She has been  invited as Guest speaker in National and International Nursing Academic Forum. She has completed the Course on Advanced Nursing Leadership and Management. Her Research interest is Qualitative Nursing Research, Psychosocial Issues, Geriatric  Health, Preventive Health care.
