Biography: Tianqing Zhang is a research assistant professor at the University of Pittsburgh, focusing on weak gravitational lensing analysis and its sources of systematics, including point spread function and photometric redshift. He is involved in the LSST Dark Energy Science Collaboration, is currently a co-convener of the Pixel-to-Object working group and the RAIL topical team co-lead, and is an active member of the weak lensing, photometric redshift, and Rubin commissioning team. He is passionate about working towards sub-percent precision for the weak lensing cosmology. Tianqing is also involved in the cosmological analysis of the Subaru Hyper-Suprime Cam.
