Biography: Dr. Yonca Ceyhan has beena Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Restorative Dentistry and Endodontics at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston since 2013. A native of Turkey, she received her DDS degree from Gazi University School of Dentistry and her PhD from the Department of Operative Dentistry at Hacettepe University School of Dentistry. In addition to several years of experience in private practice, Dr. Ceyhan was an Associate Professor at Baskent University School of Dentistry. Dr. Ceyhan is the author of over 40 publications in peer-reviewed journals, primarily on dental materials relating to restorative dentistry. Her awards include the Kuraray Young Investigator Award in 2004 and International Association for Dental Research (IADR) travel stipend in 2006.
